Within a minute of placing your order online, you will receive an email with your order number, item details, and total.

If you don't receive this email within 30 minutes, please call us at 1-888-972-7232, and we will check to make

sure the transaction was processed. Please note that our credit card and electronic check processing company is

2CO.com. Your order confirmation will have their name as well as ours, and so will your credit card statement.

If you mail in your order, or fax or mail us a Purchase Order, we will call or email you
once your order details are received.

We can invoice you with or without a purchase order if you are a corporation, school, police department,

Standard stock orders (
Standard ChildPrint ID Kits®, ChildPrint ID Cards™, Safe Shoes Child ID™ Kits

& label packs, Toothprints® wafers*, and Adventures in Safety™ Videos) are shipped as follows:

Under 25 items: Credit card orders generally ship within 48 hours, payments by check ship within 3 business days.

Shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight, both with delivery confirmation. Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive First Class Mail packages, and up to 1 week to receive Priority Mail packages.

If you need your order by a certain date, please call us at 1-888-972-7232.

Between 25 and 5000 items: Credit card orders ship within 48 hours, payments by check ship within

3 business days. Generally shipped via UPS Ground with tracking, but can also be expedited using 3-day,

2-day, and Next Day Air services. If you need to expedite your order, please call us so we can give you the

accurate shipping cost. When shipped, you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number.

Over 5000 items: Please call us for in-stock availability, plus Freight transit time and rate based on your location.

*If you are ordering over 200 Toothprints wafers, please call to check in-stock availability.

Custom ChildPrint ID Kit® orders are shipped as follows

(Generally orders ship earlier than the stated lead times)

  • 100-250: Shipped within 1 week after you approve the proof via UPS with tracking*
  • 300-400: Shipped within 2 weeks after you approve the proof via UPS with tracking*
  • 500-2000: Shipped within 2-3 weeks after you approve the proof via UPS with tracking*
  • 2500-5000: Shipped within 3-4 weeks after you approve the proof via via Freight Service**
  • 7500-10,000: Shipped within 4 weeks after you approve the proof via via Freight Service**
  • 15,000-50,000: Shipped within 4-5 weeks after you approve the proof via Freight Service**
  • 75,000-100,000+: Shipped within 5-7 weeks after you approve the proof via Freight Service**

For larger quantities, please call us for lead times.

If you have a deadline which doesn't fit into the above shipping time frames,

please call us so we can expedite your order.

* When shipped, you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number.
**Orders of 5000+ units are shipped via Freight Service.




Back to TopI haven't received my order, what should I do?

If you haven't received your order (standard stock items only, shipped via the USPS) within 2 weeks of purchase, your package may have been misplaced or lost in transit. Please call us at 1-888-972-7232 or email sales@yoursafechild.com so we can verify your shipping address and check the Delivery Confirmation number. If lost, we will send out a replacement immediately.

If you haven't received your Quantity or Custom order, please track your package on the UPS website at http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US. If UPS cannot locate your package, please call us so

we can file a tracer, and/or discuss sending a replacement order.



Back to TopWhich shipping carriers do you use?

All orders containing less than 25 items are shipped via the USPS, either by First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

Each package has a barcoded Delivery Confirmation number on the front, for tracking purposes. All orders

containing 25-5000 items are shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise noted. We can also expedite your

order using 3-day, 2-day, and Next Day Air services for an additional fee. Please call us for shipping costs.

Orders containing over 5000 items are shipped via Freight Service.

Please call us for transit time and rate based on your location.

If you call in your order (stock items only) before 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, we can ship

your order the same day via UPS. All Next Day shipments must be paid for at the time of ordering, unless

you qualify to pay by a Purchase Order. Additional shipping costs apply.



Back to TopHow are Standard ChildPrint ID Kits® different from Custom ChildPrint ID Kits®?

Standard ChildPrint ID Kits® contain the same items as Custom Kits, but they just have a different cover.

Instead of having your logo custom printed on the cover, the Standard Kits have a photograph of children.

Both kits contain a fingerprint ink strip, a reclosable bag for the DNA hair sample, and a pair of Safe Shoes

Child ID™ labels, and are enclosed in a clear, plastic sleeve.

The Standard Kits also cost less than the Custom Kits, and are available to ship within 24 hours, and usually

on the same day that you order. Custom Kits take longer to ship because they need to be printed. Please

refer to the section on shipping times to determine when you will receive your order.



Back to TopHow do I submit my logo for a custom order and what are the artwork requirements?

Please give us a call at 1-888-972-7232 to order Custom Kits, as they cannot be ordered on the website.

Once we speak with you, you can email your logo to sales@yoursafechild.com or debra@yoursafechild.com.

Police departments can mail their patch (which will be returned with your order) to:

When we receive your artwork, we will give you a call, so please include your contact information.

You can choose to have your logo printed alone, or with up to five lines of text. If you are emailing your artwork to sales@yoursafechild.com, please type the text you'd like printed with your logo (if applicable) in the body of the email,

along with any preferred layouts and/or fonts.

Logo artwork requirements:

We accept .EPS, .JPG, .PDF, and .TIF files (no .BMP or .GIF files, please), preferably at least 300 dpi, and larger than 3" long.

Please make sure your artwork is clear and sharp. If you email us a low-resolution graphic,

it will print fuzzy and the colors may not be accurate.

Generally within 2 hours of receiving your artwork, we will email you a proof to approve.

There are no set up fees, and there is no fee for the intial proof and 2 revisions, if needed.





Back to TopHow will I know that my Custom Kits will be printed the way I want them?

Within 2 hours of submitting your artwork, we will email you a proof (either .JPG or .PDF) to approve before

any printing is done. If there are any revisions, we will provide up to 2 additional proofs for FREE.

THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THE INITIAL PROOF AND 2 PROOF REVISIONS (if necessary).

If you have more than 2 revised proofs created, the charge is $25 per additional proof.

Back to TopCan I get my logo on the ChildPrint ID Card™ or the Safe Shoes ID™ labels?

Yes! The minimum order amount to have your logo printed on the ChildPrint ID Card™ is 2500 cards,

whereas the minimum order amount to have your logo printed on the Safe Shoes ID™ labels is 25,000 labels,

or 12,500 label pairs, since they come in twos. If you are interested in either customized product, please give

us a call at 1-888-972-7232 to discuss pricing, artwork submission, lead times, etc.

Absolutely! If you are interested in purchasing any product in quantity (not just custom printed items),

and need a price quote or bid, please call us at 1-888-972-7232, or email your detailed request to

sales@yoursafechild.com. Generally we can provide you with a quote the same day we receive your

request. For large and/or complex orders, we may need 24 hours to send our quote.



Back to TopWhat is your refund/return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order, so any stock items (not custom items) purchased can

be returned for a full refund or replacement within 15 days of your purchase. Please call us at 1-888-972-7232

for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before you ship your package. To qualify for a refund, items must

be returned in resalable condition, so make sure you package them with care. We will credit your credit card or

send you a check within 2 days of receiving your return. If you desire a replacement, please include a note

stating why the item was not satisfactory.

*Please note that Custom printed ChildPrint ID Kits®, ChildPrint ID Cards™, and Safe Shoes ID™ labels ARE NOT RETURNABLE if the printing matches your approved proof. If there is a printing error, please call us immediately.
