Every transaction is encrypted for security and privacy. However, if you choose not to order online, you can always give us a call during business hours at 1-888-972-7232 to place your order.
Within a minute of placing your order online, you will receive an email with your order number, item details, and total. If you don't receive this email within 30 minutes, please call us at 1-888-972-7232, and we will check to make sure the transaction was processed. If you mail in your order, or fax or mail us a Purchase Order, we will call or email you once your order details are received.
PURCHASE ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED
We can invoice you with or without a purchase order if you are a corporation, school, police department, or organization, usually with Net 30 terms. Standard stock orders (ChildPrint ID Kits®, ChildPrint ID Cards™, and Toothprints® wafers*) are shipped as follows:
Under 25 items: Orders ship within 24-48 hours via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight, always with delivery confirmation. Please allow 1 week to receive First Class Mail packages, and up to 3-5 days to receive Priority Mail packages. If you need your order by a certain date, please call us at 1-888-972-7232.
Between 25 and 2500 items: Orders usually ship the same day that you order, depending on the order time. If after our regular business hours or UPS pickup, please allow 24 hours for your package to ship. We ship via UPS Ground with tracking, but if you need your order faster, we can expedite using 3-day, 2-day, and Next Day Air services. If you need to expedite your order, please call us so we can give you the accurate shipping cost. When shipped, you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number.
*If you are ordering over 1000 Toothprints wafers, please call to check in-stock availability before purchasing.
Custom ChildPrint ID Kit® orders are shipped as follows:

- 100-250: Shipped within 1-2 weeks after you approve the proof
- 300-400: Shipped within 2 weeks after you approve the proof
- 500-2000: Shipped within 2 weeks after you approve the proof
- 2500-5000: Shipped within 3 weeks after you approve the proof
- 7500-10,000: Shipped within 4 weeks after you approve the proof
- 15,000-50,000: Shipped within 4-5 weeks after you approve the proof
- 75,000-100,000+: Shipped within 5-7 weeks after you approve the proof
- For larger quantities, please call us for lead times.
If you have a deadline which doesn't fit into the above shipping time frames, please call us so we can expedite your order.
All orders containing less than 25 items are shipped via the USPS, either by First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Each package has a barcoded Delivery Confirmation number on the front, for tracking purposes. All orders containing 25-5000 items are shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise noted. We can also expedite your order using 3-day, 2-day, and Next Day Air services for an additional fee. Please call us for shipping costs. Orders containing over 5000 items are usually shipped via Freight Service.

If you call in your order (stock items only) before 4PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, we can ship your order the same day via UPS. All Next Day shipments must be paid for at the time of ordering, unless you qualify to pay by a Purchase Order. Upgraded additional shipping costs apply.
ChildPrint ID Kits® contain the same items as Custom Kits, but they just have a different cover. Instead of having your logo custom printed on the cover, ChildPrint Kits have a photograph of children. Both kits contain a fingerprint ink strip and a reclosable bag for the DNA hair sample, and are enclosed in a clear, plastic sleeve. The ChildPrint Kits also cost less than the Custom Kits, and are available to ship within 24 hours, and usually on the same day that you order. Custom Kits take longer to ship because they need to be printed. Please refer to the section on shipping times to determine when you will receive your order, or give us a call and we can discuss our current lead time.

Logo artwork requirements:
We accept .EPS, .JPG, .PDF, and .TIF files (no .BMP or .GIF files, please), preferably at least 300 dpi, and larger than 3" square. Please make sure your artwork is clear and sharp. If you email us a low-resolution graphic, it will print fuzzy and the colors may not be accurate. Generally within 1-2 hours of receiving your artwork, we will email you a proof to approve.
There are no set up fees, and there is no fee for the initial proof and 1 revision, if needed.
If you have more than 1 revised proof created, the charge is $25 per additional proof.
Yes! The minimum order amount to have your logo printed on the ChildPrint ID Card™ is 5000 cards, If you are interested customizing the card, please give us a call at 1-888-972-7232 to discuss pricing, artwork submission, and lead times.
We want you to be 100% happy with your order, so any stock items (not custom items) purchased can be returned for a refund or replacement within 15 days of your purchase, minus your shipping cost. Please call us at 1-888-972-7232 for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before you ship your package. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned undamaged and in resalable condition, so make sure you package them with care. We will credit your credit card or send you a check within 2 days of receiving your return. If you desire a replacement, please include a note stating why the item was not satisfactory.
*Please note that Custom printed ChildPrint ID Kits® and ChildPrint ID Cards™ ARE NOT RETURNABLE if the printing matches your approved proof. If there is a printing error, please call us immediately.
